There’s a word we hear people say a sometimes during workouts. At times they say it out loud and other times they say it in their head but we can still hear them and we’re pretty sure you say it to yourself sometimes too.
That word is CAN’T
This is a limiting belief. Push it out of your head and move onto CAN.
We are all beginners until we try, learn and perfect.
Say you don’t get it perfect on your first try, that’s OK. Stay focused on your form, believe you can and you WILL eventually get it. Everyone does, trust us.
This isn’t a race, you are a beautiful individual and you need to take things at your own pace whilst also pushing yourself that little bit further each time.
Get out of your comfort zone because that is where real change begins.
