Life can be challenging sometimes and it seems it has been that way for so many in 2017.
There have been a fair few downs in recent months on a personal and public level and of course we’re only human so it gets to us all sometimes, but allowing yourself to be submerged in emotion is only cathartic for a small amount of time, eventually it can become self destructive and having the tools to pull yourself up is very important in ensuring you have positive mental health.
On that note, we’d like to introduce you to a nifty little APP which may just do exactly that for you.
It’s called Calm and it’s meditation software. We’ve been using it for a while and find it really helpful to bring some peace into our minds when there’s so much noise in our everyday lives, so we wanted to share it with you.
