How to Reduce Stress

Stress hormones become depleted and feel good hormones become abundant when you exercise and follow a healthy diet!

It’s kind of a given that busy women will sometimes get stressed but you need to know that stress can wreak havoc on your whole mental and physical well-being; so it is extremely important to keep your stress levels low.

The best ways to handle stress is to regularly listen to relaxing music, practice deep breathing, stretch, meditate, yoga, pilates, swimming, bathing, distract yourself, take a walk, enjoy regular exercise, ask for help or pamper yourself.

If you take regular exercise you will be able to handle stressful situations and your reactions to it with greater ease.

‘Fitness’ is the state or condition of being physically sound and healthy, especially as the result of exercise and proper nutrition.

Regular exercise not only helps you feel physically better but also helps you to feel psychologically empowered.

It’s easy to think that you’ve failed a goal if not yet accomplished it, but all you have to do is press re-set on the ‘stop watch of life’ and start again on your path to healthy living success.
